ats_pagespeed has been moved to Apache
Ats_speed has been renamed to ats_pagespeed, and has moved over to Apache! The project continue at trafficserver.apache.org, and the code can be found here.
We are happy to announce our open source release of ats_speed, which enables easy and automatic web performance optimization, combined with ultra fast http caching. Ats_speed is able to automatically optimize almost any proxied website.
Apache Traffic Server is a fast, scalable and extensible HTTP/1.1 compliant caching reverse proxy server.
Formerly a commercial product, Yahoo! donated it to the Apache Foundation, and it is now an Apache TLP.

Amongst other things, ats_speed is able to:
- Prioritize visible content above the fold
- Optimize images (inlining, rescaling/recompression, webp transcoding and more)
- Sprite css images
- HTML minification
- Lazyload and inline images
